Founder and CEO, Mariama Ly, brings over seven years of clinical experience in Philadelphia’s healthcare system. Combining firsthand knowledge of staffing challenges with a data-driven approach, Mariama provides personalized solutions to reduce staffing gaps, alleviate caregiver burnout, and ensure patients receive the quality care they deserve.
